After submitting the form, each fund founder will be prompted to sign the fund agreement letter via an email from DocuSign.
All founders must sign the DocuSign for the fund agreement letter to be accepted by us. Upon completion, we will send you instructions for your initial contribution ($5,000 minimum), investment options, and log-in information to our easy-to-use online donor portal so you can begin making grant suggestions.
