Grantseeker Portal
Use our Grantseeker Portal to submit proposals for our competitive grants program, RFPs or LOIs, or upload monitoring reports for an existing grant.
Managing your grant
If you have a current grant from The Trust’s competitive grants program, please use our Grantseeker Portal to submit interim and final reports. We do not require a specific format for reports, but each should include: a clear and concise narrative describing progress made toward meeting the expected grant results; how any problems were addressed; and a fiscal accounting of grant expenditures.
The portal contains the expected results for your grant as well as report due dates. To access the portal, you will need the email address of the person(s) who received the electronic grant notification and the proposal ID, which appears near the top of your grant letter.
Program officers appreciate hearing about your progress. You also should contact your program officer if:
- You need more time to submit reports;
- You need more time to finish the project;
- You want to modify the budget for your grant; and/or
- You are concerned about meeting the expected grant results.
- If there has been significant organizational change.
If you want to share stories about your grant or use our logo on your materials you can find our brand kit and media flyer here.
