Sandra Krasnoff Joins LICF Board of Advisors

Melville, NY (July 13,2015)– The Long Island Community Foundation recently appointed Sandra R. Krasnoff to its Board of Advisors. “Sandra has outstanding integrity and leadership in community philanthropy, said David M. Okorn, LICF’s executive director. “We are honored to have her on our board and look forward to her invaluable commitment she will bring to LICF.

Sandra R. Krasnoff, 96’ graduate of NYU School of Law was the former Senior VP, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for the Pall Corporation. She is currently on the boards of the Tills Center for the Performing Arts at LIU Post and American Dance Machine for the 21st Century. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance (ethics and trade), mergers and acquisitions, litigation and environmental and regulatory matters.

Sandra currently resides in Oyster Bay Cove with her husband, Eric.
