For Food. Forever. From Farms to Food Security

View Photos from the Event

As development threatens Long Island’s 33,000 acres of farmland, food insecurity on the Island has almost doubled over the last few years. More than one in five adults worry about affording a nutritious meal, and 45,000 children don’t have enough to eat.

Trust grantees on Long Island are hard at work conserving farmland and feeding families in need. How can innovative community partnerships get fresh, nutritious food where it’s needed most, across our region?

Join us for a conversation with local leaders in farming and food access advocacy to explore common solutions.

A festive reception will follow, with food, drinks, and the opportunity to share your vision for our region’s next century.
